Hi there friends! This page is all about the #saythanksmore movement that began in the summer of 2019 as a way to come together with the spirit of gratitude. Since then I have enjoyed connecting with so many amazing individuals, sharing our mindfulness journeys, and being inspired to continue sharing the things that help me stay grounded and find the joy in life! One of those ways has been my morning pages, a time I set aside every morning when I wake up and write out all of my feelings, thoughts, dreams, to-do lists, etc. If this sounds like something you’d like to do to get your day going on a positive note, feel free to try out the #saythanksmorechallenge (read more below).

Are you ready to do your Morning Pages? Then you’re in the right place! The #saythanksmorechallenge is a 10 day journal challenge to help you start your day off by taking time to check in with yourself and start the day off on a positive note! The idea is that you wake up and write in order to get out any emotions, dreams, lists, thoughts, etc. that you may have. I have found this to be such a helpful routine for the past 480+ days ;) and my hope is that after doing this for 10 days, you’ll find yourself doing it for days after.
